style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Alliance for Satellite Broadband es una coalici\u00f3n de centros de estudios, partes interesadas y empresas cuyo objetivo es ampliar el acceso mundial a la banda ancha satelital mediante la modernizaci\u00f3n de las reglamentaciones internacionales. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Espec\u00edficamente, el grupo solicita a los gobiernos de todo el mundo modernizar las normas actuales sobre los l\u00edmites de la potencia de los sat\u00e9lites \u2014 denominados <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">equivalent power flux-density (EPFD) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2014 para que millones de ciudadanos de todo el mundo tengan acceso a internet mediante banda ancha satelital.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19150cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"19150cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la Conferencia Internacional de Radiocomunicaciones de 2023 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(WRC-23)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, las autoridades de reglamentaci\u00f3n invitaron a la Uni\u00f3n Internacional de Telecomunicaciones (UIT) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">International Telecommunication Union (ITU) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a realizar estudios de los l\u00edmites <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EPFD<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y a presentar los resultados en la pr\u00f3xima Conferencia en 2027 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(WRC-27)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 un gran paso hacia la innovaci\u00f3n. En la actualidad, la UIT-R <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ITU-R<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est\u00e1 realizando dichos estudios t\u00e9cnicos, siendo que el pr\u00f3ximo paso es considerar objetivamente los resultados de los mismos en la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WRC-27<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y modernizar estos l\u00edmites seg\u00fan de acuerdo con las conclusiones obtenidas. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los l\u00edmites <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EPFD<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> son una de las restricciones reglamentarias m\u00e1s importantes que limitan la capacidad de los sat\u00e9lites <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NGSO<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de funcionar de manera eficiente y asequible en todo el mundo. La Alliance for Satellite Broadband solicita a las autoridades de reglamentaci\u00f3n adoptar nuevas normas en la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WRC-27 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:
